“Great climbing and a decent gym. The locker rooms and bathrooms could be better, but they have really cool routes and some really cool bouldering options. Also they have a parking lot and great views of the bay from the middle of the walls! I do recommend to go try this place out...”

“I had the pleasure to drop in in August 2018 and I'm glad I chose San Fran Crossfit. I've been to CF boxes all around the world and this has to be among the nicest one I ever visited. All around excellent experience, from the front desk person, to coach Robert Tuller and even the Owner Kelly Starrett who was making sure everything was going smoothly. I was lucky enough to get a beautiful day and we got to to some running outside and the box offers some stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge, so if you're droping in, it doesn't get much better than this. Nicest people, great equipment, very knowledgeable. Will definetely come back.”

“Keenan has been a crucial piece to helping me turn my life around. A year ago I was unmotivated, 40-50 lbs overweight, and generally unhappy with how I was taking care of myself. With the help of Keenan, I was able to lose 30 lbs over the course of six months (and I’m not done yet). He’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, realistic, and adaptable. I can’t tell you how many questions I’ve asked Keenan over the course of us working together. He always replies with a thoughtful answer in simple terms. I’ve learned so much from Keenan about anatomy/the physics behind the lifts I do, making good choices when it comes to nutrition, and other helpful (yet small) changes that have made a huge difference in my overall well-being. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the progress I’ve made, most of which is attributed to the coaching that Keenan provides. Thank you, Keenan!”

“Fantastic service! Went in with a pulled back, they had me up and moving within just a few appointments. The physical therapists know there stuff and their assistants are very helpful explaining and walking you through exercises. First class experience!”

“Over all a good experience. Very kind staff. With the baby classes we had an issue with a very bad teacher. So our advise will be to Pay attention to your teacher cause sometimes you find yourselves with a less experienced guide and the class goes nowhere.”

“It was an agonizing, consistent pain that ran across my shoulders, extending to the elbows, and down the upper part of my spine. It was an injury sustained a year ago after I heaved my Xmas tree onto a recycling pile, causing a slipped disc. I was fine until I started moving furniture around to clean house and rugs. I had deep massage therapy at a women’s hospital-affiliated center, which made my pain more intense. My daughter’s neighbor does acupuncture, and she gifted me Dr. Craig’s services since he has an excellent reputation. I was very skeptical, but also desperate to have some relief from the nagging pain that kept me up nights and caused me to take Advil and extra strength tylenol over and over again. Dr. Craig made a 40 minute house call and stuck me with needles up one side of my spine and down the other and several other places like my hands. I lay there on his traveling table for at least a half hour. Dr. Craig is very pleasant and warm. He told me after he removed all the needles that I should feel results of lessened pain after 6 hours. It worked, and in 6 days, my constant pain was gone, esp. at the site of the slipped disc. He is a miracle worker, and I am forever grateful! Genevieve K.”

“The Sand Ladder is a relatively steep hike through sand down to the beautiful beach below. It is gorgeous with views of the Pacific the whole way down. Be aware, however, that you will probably need to hike back up, so plan accordingly as it is made almost entirely of sand lined with wooden pillars and thick wire. Some of the wooden "steps" are loose and easily dislodged as well. So tread carefully. Otherwise, it was a beautiful hike down to the beach with spectacular views of the ocean, Golden Gate Bridge, and surrounding area. Lastly, I would like to warn that it is a nude beach, although unmarked, especially towards the northern end. So be aware of this when planning your hike. Otherwise, it was wonderful and completely worth the hike! (There is limited parking at the top as well.)”
