“Great climbing and a decent gym. The locker rooms and bathrooms could be better, but they have really cool routes and some really cool bouldering options. Also they have a parking lot and great views of the bay from the middle of the walls! I do recommend to go try this place out...”

“I had the pleasure to drop in in August 2018 and I'm glad I chose San Fran Crossfit. I've been to CF boxes all around the world and this has to be among the nicest one I ever visited. All around excellent experience, from the front desk person, to coach Robert Tuller and even the Owner Kelly Starrett who was making sure everything was going smoothly. I was lucky enough to get a beautiful day and we got to to some running outside and the box offers some stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge, so if you're droping in, it doesn't get much better than this. Nicest people, great equipment, very knowledgeable. Will definetely come back.”

Sand Ladder At Baker Beach

Address: Sand Ladder, San Francisco, CA 94129, USA

Gym Health

“The Sand Ladder is a relatively steep hike through sand down to the beautiful beach below. It is gorgeous with views of the Pacific the whole way down. Be aware, however, that you will probably need to hike back up, so plan accordingly as it is made almost entirely of sand lined with wooden pillars and thick wire. Some of the wooden "steps" are loose and easily dislodged as well. So tread carefully. Otherwise, it was a beautiful hike down to the beach with spectacular views of the ocean, Golden Gate Bridge, and surrounding area. Lastly, I would like to warn that it is a nude beach, although unmarked, especially towards the northern end. So be aware of this when planning your hike. Otherwise, it was wonderful and completely worth the hike! (There is limited parking at the top as well.)”
