“The staff at House of Scuba are very friendly, and all of them go out of their way to find solutions for their customers. Just recently I came in and asked for assistance in dealing with a manufacturing issue with a product they carry - but they had not sold to me. Tyler (one of the managers) not only helped answer my questions - she personally worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair completed. She went the extra step in maintaining communication with me and to keep me apprised of the steps along the way. She, individually is a caring, committed employee of the shop - but genuinely cares about the customers in her shop. Mike and Jason (the owners) lead by example…and their managers (Tyler is one of them) not only practice what their policies require, but exceed the requirements and bring a flare of family style in the way they treat their customers. “It took me forever to find a studio that I felt comfortable in. By far the best studio in San Diego this is 100% recommended. Reasonable pricing, dedicated engineer and all around professional. He takes his time to fix anything that needs to be fixed. He suggests good ideas and he also takes notes for you so if you liked something that was added to your last song he can go back and see what it was that was added. Definitely organized. “I just wanted to shout out Ariel Montellano and Rawmana Fitness for an amazing 3 months of personal training! I was getting lazy and unmotivated to work out when Covid hit (who wasn't?!?). I started a 2x weekly personal training session over Zoom with Ariel. We increased to 3x weekly and I got stronger, more confident and experienced a huge boost in mental acuity at work (I help travel nurses find jobs around the country). This month I am celebrating being able to: - do 25 push ups straight through - hold a 2 minute plank - play 2x2 beach volleyball for 3 hours (after 6 months of social distancing and no volleyball) I have now transitioned to in-personal training at Rawmana in San Diego (all outdoors!). And the environment is like a family - the owner Siaosi Veimau creates that. Highly recommended for virtual or in-person personal training.”

“Nicole is amazing! She makes you feel good just by stepping in the door. That's all before the she even starts the acupuncture treatment. She is sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. I usually make regular acupuncture visits for wellness alone. However, when I started seeing Nicole, I was having pain in my shoulder and knee and ankle. She's helped me heal all of those! Now, I just go for the relaxation and to stay well. It's fantastic! Nicole really goes out of her way to serve the community too. She hosts a variety of wellness workshops including detox and meditation but also extending out to kids art classes. “Can't say enough about this brilliant, dynamic mother/daughter duo. Both have Western Medical Degrees (Neurology and Ophthalmology), both are Acupuncturists and both instruct at UCSD. Dr. Chen is President of CA Alliance of Acupuncture Medicine and Dr. Tang instructs Professors at two Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges in China. I knew nothing of their extensive training when I first took my mother who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease and who had severe back pain. The doctors were so gentle and caring with my mother and were able to alleviate her chronic back pain and greatly reduce stress associated with Alzheimer's.
