My tea was handed to me with a smile and a thank you (which has become increasingly rare in much of the service industry). It was delicious and refreshing, and exactly as I ordered. It is clear that the team is treated with care, and because of that, they have great chemistry. My Friday truly started off well at this location. As I left, I was even invited to come back and told to enjoy my day. I hope my next project is nearby this Starbucks. “Our daughter (2.5) has been at Ana's Little Kangaroos for one year and I am certain that there is no better daycare in San Diego. Ana and Mirko create such a positive environment for the children with a strong commitment to safety, health, learning, routine, structured and unstructured play. I believe that they genuinely love all of their kiddos and always act in the child and the family's best interest. They communicate so well with the parents and are very professional when it comes to pay, time off, rules, holidays, sick children. This allows for a lot of predictability which supports families as they balance work and other priorities. Just recently I came in and asked for assistance in dealing with a manufacturing issue with a product they carry - but they had not sold to me. Tyler (one of the managers) not only helped answer my questions - she personally worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair completed. She went the extra step in maintaining communication with me and to keep me apprised of the steps along the way. “Since I bought my Clairemont home in 2000 Dan is the only plumber I have used. I have probably had him out 3-4 times over the years. Everything from a big "whoops" I did . I nicked the main ( with a pick axe) close to where it comes in my house and he had to perform a miracle to repair it. With very little margin for error since it went into some concrete (previous owners ) which would have been big bucks to jack hammer. He has done several typical drain snaking jobs all the way to snaking from my kitchen all the way to the street one time. He is a great guy, knows his stuff and charges fair prices.”
