“Water sports rental facility was well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees. For someone not experienced with driving boats, the rental orientation made me feel safe and prepared for my excursion on the lagoon. Our two hour session on the Runabout was fantastic and made for the perfect family picnic on the lagoon. Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking on our arrival. Gift shop had plenty of sunscreen, hats, snacks, and products for waterproofing phones and things like cash and cards. Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely come back on our next trip to Carlsbad.”

Clean, Comfortable and Spacious! The appliances were top grade, the kitchen was very well stocked and the bed/bedding very comfortable! The location could not have been better. Just doors from the beach and a short walk into the village of Carlsbad. We can't wait to come back!! “Christmas time, busy time travelling with our young children and friends. Kelley has been the best. She welcomed us in her beautiful house, perfectly located just by the beach and 3 minutes walking to downtown. The area is quiet, ideal if you want to relax, and perfect for families with young kids. The house itself is amazing, fully equipped. It is great to gather with friends, and also great if you want space and quiet time. Kelley has been super helpful and responsive, easily reachable. We would definitely rent this place again, and highly recommend it.”
