“Sooooo.... I have back child support left from the last decade and I get a whole $600 a month from a dad earning $10K a month. I am happy with something over nothing. I really do not appreciate the awful company selected to carry the funds on a debit card the 'WAY -2-GO' card are trolls. Absolutely despicable and need to be thoughtfully replaced with a better version of cards. This company harms the people barely able to hang on by dinging single parents with multiple unnecessary fees and ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rate them a NEGATIVE 10, if such a rating existed. I did call the 866 at San Bernardino County Child Support Services number for help with the TROLLS at the debit card company and Patty was fabulous. Now I can call the trolls back and get help with their inability to send out a card once their card (on record) expires. #trolls #badbusiness #stealingfromthosewithout”
