The initial service I requested was very well priced compared to competitors. AND they completed a custom repair that was identified after the safe was opened,, which called for an additional visit to the site and 3.5 hours of work,, and they did so without increasing my cost. The work was top knotch, detailed and precise. They also allowed me to watch every step, help make decisions, and educate me throughout the process. She also helped me with all the line/data transfer as well as applying the liquid skin to my new phone. The store manager was also very helpful in determining the right phone for me and also gave me $15 per month BIC bill incentive credit for 3 years of my contract. This is the right time to switch back to Verizon (I returned from T-Mobile) and this store is the place to do it.”

( Even tho all the guys who work there hit on my wife constantly ......( Well she was a stripper at the time) So now I just don't go anymore. Nothing to do with the people there or the service.
