“My son has attended CCAA since Kindergarten. He is about to start his Jr year. You won't find more dedicated and passionate teachers, counselors and support staff. He likes the smaller school. He is excelling in his classes even with the distance learning and taking concurrent college courses at ARC. During middle school he took advantage of the East Coast Trip to Washington DC & New York City. The consistency of having the same 2 teachers for 7th & same 2 teachers for 8th made the transition from elementary to HS smooth. Great principal & VP that are very involved. UPDATE: My son has almost finished his junior year and is taking both AP Biology and AP Language along with concurrent enrollment at ARC. The counselor has been instrumental in helping him take college courses since 9th grade. He is also on the tennis team for the 2nd year and the PE instructor has done an amazing job bringing more sports opportunities to our students due to a great working relationship with Highlands HS. He is also enrolled in Career Technology Education (CTE) with 2 year commitment to Digital Media. Not only is he learning Photoshop and Adobe but he is also learning how to be a reporter for CCAA News and film news broadcasts and podcasts. He is also taking beginning piano and is looking forward to Jazz Band next year. This is an amazing school with dedicated teachers and staff. Despite parent involvement requirements, it seems like only a handful of involved parents actually are involved and help out. 15 hours of community service is required annually for all students, which I think is awesome and there are lots of opportunities to do so.”

“One of the best transportation departments that I have had benefit to have worked with. They are extremely safe and responsible. I know that their drivers have to complete several hours of continuing education to keep their licenses as well as commercial driving test. The negative reviews sound like disgruntled students who try to break the rules.”

“I had a few things I had to do at school from late arrivals or bring absent or even when I enrolled my son at school Stephanie Rutledge seemed to always have a great welcoming friendly approach and it really makes a big difference for a parent especially that sometimes you are stressed or in a hurry. She was always very understanding and helped me in so many ways. Clear with what I need to do and very patient. It’s not easy being in the front dealing with all students and parents but Stephanie Rutledge did it and she did it great. Amazing person”

“My son is currently in the first dual language program at this school and I love it. He is currently in kindergarten and I couldn't be more happier because he is learning English and Spanish equally. As a bilingual parent I understand the urgency and importance of knowing 2 languages because it opens so many doors in the professional field. My son has been in school since the beginning of the year and I am proud to say that he already knows how to read in English and in Spanish!! It is amazing what he is learning and doing. Madison Elementary is giving my son the tools to succeed in life and I couldn't be more grateful.”

“Hi! How are you.Good school.Helpful staff. Have a nice day! Details there is microwave, you can eat outside of cafeteria, you can carry your backpack with myself. In the Libary are books which developed in all aspects of life. You can take 3 books to month. In different class you can go early for the brake at lest 1-5 min. You can participate in all endeavors. You can ask a lot of question for the teachers. In school good schedule for sleep a lot. Last day on Friday finish by 12:30. And more good thinks you can customize everything for yourself. I can write all. In school a lot of good things and activities. To what I tell all this just came here and look, understand, feel it( good students will help you) That’s it. Summary: you can write about it school and take gifts for yourself... think what you want...Weekend wait you in school. I’m tired after a busy day at school”
