Second, we are so grateful for Ashley and her thorough, thoughtful and supportive leadership in creating a beautiful service and reception for our loved one. We are truly standing on our feet because we have not been alone in any of life's battles. My daughters ask to come throughout the week! I am glad they have made good friends and I have also found great connections and friends who have blessed our family in many ways. My oldest daughter recently made a decision to be baptized here and that was a beautiful experience! I'm also so glad the Bible Study on Wednesdays has childcare so I can relax and hear God. “Missionary Gospel Church is a fascinating local church founded more than 15 years ago. It comprises of mostly Slavic families, who emigrated out of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and other former republics of the former Soviet Union. The elders of this church lived through and survived many challenges and hardships as they worked very hard to provide for their families in desperate circumstances, and enduring, they arrived in the United States to find better days for their children and grandchildren. Their traditions and stories fill the congregation with a deep and rich history and culture. The young families of this church are the majority of it's members and it's heartbeat; this church dedicates much of its effort, resources, and heart to this group and their families in the form of Kids Ministries, Teen Ministries, and Youth Ministries. The youth are very active in local and global outreach, and regularly meet to grow and work together to make sure people are taken care of and that needs are met as much as possible. This church is actively pursuing relationships and partnering with other local congregations and ministries to help the local community in practical and spiritual ways. Overall, this church is alive, it is growing, it is active, it is learning, it is striving to be a blessing to all, it is worth visiting and getting to know. They are not perfect, they are people who need a Savior as all people do. Come and meet Him with us, I highly recommend anyone to visit and see for themselves!”

“I have a pretty cool job where I teach OSHA courses accross the street from the Aeroport Deli next to the Long Beach Airport.. My knowledge of this deli actually comes from one of my students. A few months ago, she came in for class and her breakfast was a very nice looking sandwhich. I asked her about it and she said, " Mr. Harris, this is the best Patty melt I have ever had, it has grilled onions, peppers and Cheese, I ordered one yesterday for lunch when you asked if one of us could check this place out, it was so delicious I came back for breakfast and ordered another." I decided to give it a try and wow, clean, fresh, made to order. Try everything, I doubt there is anything you will not like. Try the smoothies, the bananna strawberry is excellent, but the Green Tea Smoothy is the bomb. Oops, but dont say bomb at the airport.The owners are wonderful and would love to feed you and your friends. P.s. I recommend the Breakfast burrito and a tray of fruit.”
