She was polite and understanding. She Allowed us to make a partial 50%payment and the balance the morning of the appointment. She was very detailed and advise they would have 3 people to assist in moving my mom and assured me all would be fine. They were early to the appointment as requested and my mom was very comfortable. From front desk service to the condition of the vehicles. Thank you Budget! ORIGINAL REVIEW 6/2020: In these times you would think that the owner/manager would be more conscious of the condition of the vehicles. Our suv rental was filthy. Spills on the seats, sand and dirt on the floors, unwashed exterior and no walk through before. There were even used face masks!! No cleaning or sanitizing efforts were made at all. I took pictures of the scratches and dents before leaving the lot. We drove home and disinfected EVERYTHING. If my plans weren't so set, I would have gone elsewhere. Just be aware.”
