Avis Car Rental

Shane was so helpful and courteous I would highly recommend this store, look for Shane and his colleague (sorry I didn't get his name) who gave me a look around our vehicle.

I rented a car from Ontario Airport. The next day I realized that the car was too small for my needs. I drove to the Avis in downtown Riverside, CA. I explained my situation to them. Isaac was super kind and understanding of my needs. He reassured me that it was no problem to change to the car that I needed. I personally had the best experience here. I was back on the road very quickly. They were great!!

Not all dealerships are alike. The Riverside Avis on University has the best staff, very friendly and. conscientious. They had exactly the car I reserved, and it was ready when I needed it. This is not always the case at other locations so I will always use this location from now on!
