“It's such a nice place to stumble upon. Right in between goat and vine/a wine tasting shop. Perfect for a low-key date night if you crave sweets. There are gluten-free options and red velvet cupcakes. It's hard to choose what to get because everything was displayed beautifully. Whoever owns this place cares about their craft, and its appreciated. I was also told they make cakes to order, not sure what the prices or time frame needed for cake order. Will update when I find out this information. Very clean and well maintained space. Will be back for another date night, I'm obsessed.”

“Wow! Raingbows are getting back in style!!!! I moved to Hemet a few months ago but I normally buy my groceries on line from one of the two Walmarts stores in town. I had been working in my artwork for two days and decided to take some time off. I put my makeup on and a nice new outfit and drove to thr Winco store. It is only my second time in a Winco. I visited one in Fontana about a year and a half ago. I did not get a good look at that store because I got a ride there with a family member. But I got a good look throughout the Hemet Winco. Yesterday I nearly flipped out! i saw stuff that i did not know that I wanted or needed. i cant wait until payday! They may have to put me out! Seriously, I love this store and I hope that my review and photos lets everybody know that that this is THE grocery store. I was pleasantly pleased to see the 25 pound bags of carrots for juicers!”

“I've heard about this place and saw it while we were passing through. The place does seem a little sketchy, but go in anyway lol. It looks like a dispensary, but it's a cookie shop. I would say this isn't a place for the "Karen's ". Their cookies are about $5 each. They have a promotion where you buy 4 cookies and a drink, you'll get 3 cookies for free. We paid $23 after taxes so it's about $3.28 for each cookie & the drink. We all thought the cookies were good. They're about 3.5 inches in diameter and about an inch thick! So far, we love their "O.G." (I hope that's what it was lol) We're working on the rest. We split each cookie 4 ways so we can taste each one. Overall, it was cool and an interesting experience.”

“This was my first time trying mochi donuts and mochinut did not disappoint. The donuts were good and they change the flavors they offer every week which you can check out on their Instagram before heading over to see if there are any flavors that interest you. I also got 1 original half & half corn dog and 1 ramen sausage corn dog, both of which were great. They make your corn dog once you order them, I waited around 5-10 minutes to get my order of corndogs. The staff also provides good service and are friendly. I totally recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.”

“Not feeling good today, and all I wanted was a really good sandwich. Mission accomplished. We recently moved to Hemet and have yet to find favorites when it comes to food establishments, Downtown Deli definitely made my list. I ordered the Turkey BLT Avocado and Cheese with a side of potato salad, my daughter ordered a classic BLT with Avocado. The total was almost $40, so I was a little shocked at that and thought, this sandwich better be worth it. It was!! It was about a 15 minute wait before our order was ready and we were on our way home. I was actually really excited to open up the takeout box and get a look at this sandwich. Let me tell you, the sandwiches are HUGE! The first bite was full of just absolutely great flavor, honestly the BEST sandwich I've ever had!! The blend of salt, pepper, and oregano mixed with the avocado and fresh produce was just so freaking good. The potato salad was almost as good as my mamas and that says ALOT! It was just really so good. I thought 15 minutes was a long wait, but now I get it. These sandwiches are made with love and pride and you can taste it. During those 15 minutes I took some time to learn about the owner of the Deli, Stephen. I had to hold back tears after learning about how involved he was with his community and how loved he was by the community. He passed in 2019 and I'm just really happy that his legacy is being carried on. He would be so proud of the great job you are all doing at Downtown Deli, such a welcoming atmosphere, built with love for sure. I highly, highly recommend Downtown Deli.”

If you need a Rosca for Día de Reyes, I strongly recommend placing an order for one of theirs!! I like the one that comes cream filled! But I’ve had the traditional one, and that’s good too! I used to hate roscas because I thought they had to be dry and sticky. But theirs are so good. So moist. And fresh. I love it. Skip the trip to the grocery store. Order their batches of concha’s for your next party, office meeting, coffee date, etc.”

“I shop here often, It's always a welcome experience. You can get in and out fast if you are in a hurry. But I encourage you to enjoy the fullest possible experience. Have your shopping list ready, stop in at Starbucks inside of the Albertsons itself, and have a sip while you shop. It's a great experience early on a weekend or just after you drop the kids off at school during the week. The staff are helpful, and they do their best to be welcoming with everyone. Also, there is a dmv renewal machine inside, a nice little touch that is often times overlooked and welcome.”
