  The most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had! Naomi was wonderful and so very attentive to the tension/tightness I was holding in my shoulders and neck due to breastfeeding. I feel restored. I highly recommend her!

  Beautiful is an understatement. Not only is the space breathtaking, but the instructors and therapists are all amazing! Not to mention the best massages I’ve had here. Their whole team is so welcoming and does anything in their hearts to make you feel at home.

  Beautiful space with amazing teachers. I just moved up here and took a class with Taylor and was so thrilled with the practice. They have a beautiful balance to the studio and the practice. The $60 first month trial is well worth it! I highly recommend coming in if you’re in town and need a great yoga class.

  I booked The Sanctuary for a private yoga class at my wedding venue for our wedding morning - and they were amazing! I emailed them to ask about a private class and they were very responsive via email and send me details on pricing and class options quickly. I had them booked shortly after. They were SO generous to agree to bring 10 yoga mats with them for my guests. We ended up having 13 people in the class and the instructor, Kelsey Welch, was amazing. She arrived a few minutes early before the scheduled time and helped us set up mats on a beautiful patio. Her class was amazing - setting the tone for our wedding day of being present and enjoying the moments. The way she instructs everyone is go great for any yoga practice level. My guests were thrilled and raved about how much they enjoyed her class. I highly recommend The Sanctuary!

  The Sanctuary is my yoga home in Kings Beach! Great teachers, a beautiful studio and warm inviting yoga community. I especially enjoy the variety of classes with gifted instructors each teaching their own style. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years the Sanctuary is a supportive yoga environment.
