They setup a trompo (rotisserie style) on the evenings for tacos Al pastor, they also cook some delicious carne asada on the grill using either charcoal or wood for that unique flavor. I recommend it for the tacos I haven’t had their other menu items. The avocado salsa appears to be the real deal and not the watered down version that vendors make with squash as the substitute.
