“A total gem of a find. Family owned with fresh ingredients and a friendly atmosphere. The garlic Edamame have a little kick but the flavor is great. I ordered the masago (smelt eggs). The portion was a little small, but the taste was good. I also tried the wonton poke, (Spicy tuna on a bed of seaweed on a wonton shell.) It too has a kick. So delicious! Last but not least was the salmon skin salad. Now, this wasn't on the menu, but I saw it on their website and they said they could make it for me. It is GREAT! I told them to put it back on the menu- it is that good.”

The only downside is you never want to order anything you cannot finish or they will charge you extra for each plate. Even if it is just one plate so be mindful. “Kho Bo Snackworld Fo sho! I freaking love this place even though technically have never gone to this store, because I know a guy that knows a guy. :) I have tried the BBQ, Curry, Black Pepper, and Crush Red Pepper Beef Jerky. Everything has been good so far. There are also varieties of dried squid and dried fruits. I read that this place is too expensive. I disagree. Keep in mind that everything here is imported. Possibly from international vendors, but don't quote me on that. I get free delivery from the son of the owner. :) If you want free delivery call *****. Ha ha I couldn't do that to him. I work with B so it's all good. I admit I was skeptical at first, but this beef Jerky is for realls!! I had a college roommate that would always make free beef jerky for me and my friends. So, I can tell a quality product from a crap one. The price is roughly $20 a pound which is an awesome deal. I dare you to do the math on that Costco Jerky you may be paying $25 a pound. If you are buying a small pack of beef jerky from the gas station for a few bucks, you are paying exponential dollars per pound. This beef jerky is good and no preservatives from what I can tell. I can't say the same if you by it from a grocery store. Thank Mrs. T if you are readying this.. I am bowing down to you. You serve a very good Beef Jerky Product and I would eat this everyday if I could. Actually, I do thanks to B keeping my Jerky supply going. If you are in the area, check this place out. “The food was amazing, but the service at this location is so so. If the Boiling Point in Irvine is not closed for renovation, otherwise i wouldn't drive this far to this location. Plus, one of the male waiter almost spilled the entire soup all over me, and luckily he didn't, and he didn't even say sorry or apologize, and he set the food on the table, and then he walked away. I can't wait until the location in Irvine reopens back for business.”

“Took my mother and brother to check it out. We got there at opening and there was a line. Once the joint opened, it filled up, and stayed full. We ordered the peel and eat shrimp, it was on point. The Dungeness crab and Blue crab weren't live (out of season I guess) They were still flavorful but not ultra fresh. The crawfish were out of season so I didn't order any. If you do, get the whole sha-bang, it's the way to go. The spot is a good one. The service impeccable. The flavors all there. It's a must try. Been coming here for years and have many fond memories. This location doesn't not disappoint.”

“Lee’s Sandwiches is known for their Bahn Mi sandwiches and Vietnamese iced coffee. I chose to skip on the iced coffee and stuck with my usual: their #5 Thit Nuong / Grilled Pork Sandwich. It’s the one and only sandwich I’ve tried at any Lee’s Sandwiches I’ve ever been to, and I’ve grown to love it. Why change something that’s consistently good, right? Their Báhn Mi is mouthwatering and nostalgic for me - being that Lee’s was where I first tried a Báhn Mi sandwich. The crispy outer baguette with a pillowy-soft center that’s filled with savory meat (Grilled Pork for me), crunchy Do Chua (pickled daikon and carrots), fresh springs of cilantro, and spicy chopped jalapeños - now that’s what I call a sandwich! I was in the area and I had to come check this place out because this was the first Lee’s Sandwich drive-thru I’ve seen so I picked up one of their fresh baguettes to pair with my pasta dinner. It was great! Better than grocery store-bought because it was fresh right out of the oven. Pro-Tip: If purchasing their baguette, plan to use/eat it same day. This Lee’s Sandwiches location is nestled in Garden Grove on Harbor Blvd. - just minutes away from Disneyland. There is quite a bit of a wait in the drive-thru but it wasn’t too bad considering they were making my báhn mi made-to-order. You can also dine inside if you prefer. They have plenty of parking spaces at this location. You won’t have trouble finding a spot. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back if I needed a báhn mi fix. It definitely made my tummy happy!”

“This used to be Burger King and turned into Pickle bánh mi that’s why it has a drive thru. I came twice in one week. The first time was a walk in and the second time was drive thru. Both instances last the same amount of time, about 15 mins wait. The menu is extensive. There’s bánh mì, rice plates, soup, curry, chow mein, porridge, steam rice rolls, spring rolls, small bites and drinks. Everything is under $10.50. We always get the same thing: - bánh mì đặc biệt ($6.25) - combo of all the meats like ham, head cheese, bologna. I added extra pate and the house special sauce just added so much flavor. - Bánh mì bò kho ($9.50) - baguette dipped in beef stew. Extremely flavorful and the meat is so tender. - Pork spare rib porridge ($7.99) - so good! The rice is so fine and it’s like they use a sweet rice or something that makes the consistency really sticky and glutinous. I can eat this any day, doesn’t have to be when I’m sick. Generous with pork bones too.”

“First time here and it was great. Staff is very friendly, food was delicious, and came out quickly. I had the Bulgolgi burger and it's actually bulgolgi beef on top of a hamburger patty. “First time bringing my kids as well as my first time coming here too . They take your group picture when you walk in . Then it's the food and play card . We got two for our three kids . You can order food or just to play . We got one pizza and wings with drink . They give you a device that tells you when your food is ready . Omg the food was sooooo good the stuffed crust pizza is baked just enough to get the cheese stringy . Wing are super good too . Just be prepared to spend it's worth it to make memories with your children !!”
