They took the time analyze my foot strike using a camera, then matched my running style with the right shoes for me. After trying on several pairs of shoes, I purchased a brand new pair of running shoes that fit just right. Unfortunately, after a couple days of wearing them and a 3-mile run, I realized that the comfortable fit that I felt in the store was not so comfortable after all. I was definitely disappointed as I thought I had found a great fit. Enter Snail's Pace's return policy. I brought the shoes back to the store a couple of weeks after I purchased them and explained the situation.
