The employees were very nice and whenever I had questions they were never rude. I was in the store maybe for about 2 hours and it was already closing time. “It was packed when I came here due to the back to school season, but I much prefer coming here in comparison to the Citadel. The store was still clean ever though it was packed and the 5 people I saw working (3 at the register and two pulling shoes for customers) were hustling. Even though you could visibly see all the employees looking moderately to completely stressed due to the wave of people, they all maintained a polite and professional demeanor.”
