The lady at the register very helpful, I’m sorry I forgot her name. The store was not messy. I’ve been there when it looks like a tornado passed by, but the fact of the matter is that we as customers make the mess(specially when there’s a good sale or a holiday)and we are quick to complain about it. There’s only so much that few employees can do about it when there’s hundreds of customers daily. The times that I’ve been there in the morning everything is nice and neat.

Ingrid was extremely personable and helpful. She helped me out with my contact lens prescription. Not only that, but she also provided me with a pair to use for two weeks while I wait! That’s great service.

Dr Pong Was Truly amazing! She answered all the questions I needed. The Eye Exam was awesome. She was such a great Person! I definitely recommend coming here for a eye exam!!

I've been to so many eye doctors (in & out of US) and I can easily say that I was extremely lucky to have met Dr. Pong. I was constantly being prescribed the wrong contacts prescription from other doctors. I simply could not see clearly. Thanks to her patience & not giving up, for the first time in years, I can see clear with the correct prescription. Thanks Dr. Pong!!
