“I was looking for someone or some place that makes panipopo and panikeke. My pastor put me on to Poly Grill. They certainly lived up to their reputation. It was really easy to place my order for panipopo and peach pies by phone. A deposit was required so I paid by CashApp. I asked if there was a possibility of picking it up early. The lovely young lady said she would call me when it's ready. True to her word, she did. I got there right beforr closing time. One of the reasons I love Poly people is because of their hospitality and generosity. They threw in some extra desserts. That was so surprising and much appreciated. They also loaded everything in my car. Everyone at the party tonight raved about how delicious both desserts were. Their panipopo is not too sweet, perfectly fluffy and coconut creamy. We had two chefs present that kept asking "Who made this? This is so delicious. Where are they located?" Thanks to the hook up, the fire dancer (only Poly person at the party) was able to take home her own trays. Excellent customer service and food to match? I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.”

“Quite enjoyed coming here for some pizza and gelato. The gelato flavor selection is amazing, and the pizza is handmade when you order it. I also love these guys for having all types of coffee brewing methods (v60, Chemex, VACUUM POT, cold brew strainer). They also sell a few of these brewing methods in addition to selling a wide assortment of beans that they roast every week (Ethiopia, Colombia, Indonesia to name a few). They sell 12oz bags for $10 each, which is an extremely fair price...my heirloom beans go for $16 per 12oz. Where they lose the star is the actual bean taste; I purchased Ethiopian to test out their roasting, and it fell short of my expectations. Perhaps I had an older batch given to me, but it tasted slightly off. A bit burnt, but I was able to salvage the fruitiness by making Japanese iced coffee with a v60 at home. I plan to come back and purchase a different origin set and see if it was just a first bad impression. Bonus: 15% off for students, seniors, military. Free pizza with purchase on Tuesdays...while supplies last. I couldn't get a free slice late at night.”
