Their associate Allen, is very personable and helpful. Instead of finding ways to charge me more, he found options that would save me money. I have pets and he showed me flooring that will accommodate my pets needs. He was even patient with me when I changed my mind at the last minute on flooring and carpet shades. I made a good choice with this business. I recommend highly. I will add photos after work is completed on my single family 2 story home. From carpets to Waterproof Vinyl Planks, my floors look great! Since it is an outlet, you have to visit there more than once, as new merchandise comes out on the floor continuously. Merchandise is scratch, dent, returns, etc. Our purchase of a chair and a half with ottoman was great and at a great price. We were able to pick up after purchase. They helped us load. Very pleased with our purchase.”
