Only downside is the idiot who designed the parking lot! All parking except handicapped are angled spaces. Handicapped are 90 degrees to drive. And only on one side of the driveway! Totally wasted at least 5-6 spaces with this design, and made it more difficult for handicapped drivers.

Had to go to Delano because Bakersfield didn't have the Recliner we wanted, no problem. Delano's store staff was friendly and helpful.

As a lifelong Delanoan that has experienced not only the downfall of customer service, but equally important, the rude expectations of ghetto customers, it was really, really refreshing to have an interaction with Manager Jesse and Jessica. They went above and beyond to help us locate a dining set at another location, walked us through the ordering process, and Jesse even loaded some heavy boxes into our truck. He could've easily asked one of his employees to do it, but he did it himself. We will definitely be shopping here more often.
