As a PT who’s worked with athletes around the country I’ve been in a lot of gyms. I took a vacation with my family outside of work where my hotel was close to this location. Allen who I believe to be the manager of this location went out of his way to greet me and provided an awesome experience. Gym atmosphere is motivating and large turf area for functional training which I value. Thanks Allen.

Amazing gym!!! I came to this gym and have never heard about it before. Allen gave me a tour of the facility and showed me all the amenities they had to offer. He set me up with a free pass for the week so I can try out the gym for free. I can’t wait to join! Kudos Allen!

I have never been to a gym before and was not experienced with any of the equipment. I had come in to check out the gym and Allen gave me a tour. He showed me different types of equipment that would help see results and even gave me workout routines! I could not afford the coaching program so he helped me out and gave me a welcome workout for free so I can get help. Gym is great and should definitely check it out! Thanks Allen!

This is a great gym for lifting, swimming, and cardio. But if you're coming here for classes, the selection is dreadful. They really just don't offer enough (hence the 4 stars). Otherwise, it's great. It's kept decently clean and it's cozy. I can get in and get my workout done. But I do love Cycle and Body Pump, so I wish those were offered more in the mornings. I would highly recommend this gym overall, maybe just not the location for those looking for classes.
