“95% of my visits here and Care from Contra Costa County health have been excellent. Dr. McDonald, Opthalmology, and his team are fabulous.He even helped me arrange to get a measles blood test and other things which I had trouble setting up on the phone. When you call the advice nurse they are always very helpful. Getting an appointment: leave your phone number and they’ll always call you back, within the hour. And with the online App:MyChart, you can request a doctors appointment and ask questions and they always answer. The doctors and nurses all seem to be very happy —-always very very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this health plan and their services and practitioners. it’s really excellent. My husband has John Muir and he Can’t believe the excellent service that I get here. “I took my 2015 Range Rover to have the maintenance light checked. Since I am a new customer, Marc told me that they do a full look through of the car and will let me know of all the issues and their recommendations. The shop was very thorough in their inspections and their explanations were simple to understand for a layman like myself. I went ahead and had them proceed with the work. They quoted me 2 days and i believed that was a quick turnaround time for all the work needed to be done. Well, to my surprise, they were able to finish the work right at the end of the work day, the following day. The shop and their crew were very friendly and down to earth. Another surprise was that Marc offered me a Military veteran discount, which was definitely much appreciated. I decided to go to a local shop than a big box dealer because I wanted to have a more personal experience when it comes to car maintenance. Rover Doc is doing great things at their shop, I am confident that I will be using their services for the duration of me owning a Range Rover.
