“I took my 2015 Range Rover to have the maintenance light checked. Since I am a new customer, Marc told me that they do a full look through of the car and will let me know of all the issues and their recommendations. The shop was very thorough in their inspections and their explanations were simple to understand for a layman like myself. I went ahead and had them proceed with the work. They quoted me 2 days and i believed that was a quick turnaround time for all the work needed to be done. Well, to my surprise, they were able to finish the work right at the end of the work day, the following day. The shop and their crew were very friendly and down to earth. Another surprise was that Marc offered me a Military veteran discount, which was definitely much appreciated. I decided to go to a local shop than a big box dealer because I wanted to have a more personal experience when it comes to car maintenance. “I can't say good enough things about big Chris and his work. I met him by chance, as my car lost power right before the Pacheco exit heading north on the 680. I coasted off at the exit and barely got into his parking lot, and serendipitously he was there and came out as I was testing my battery. He does great work at an amazing price. Even though changing out my alternator sounds like it took longer than he had estimated, he stuck with his original quote. It's a rare gem when you find someone that sticks with what they quote you, instead of trying to bleed you dry.
