“Al & the crew here are the nicest folks around! At the onset of the pandemic, I was able to rent the huge warehouse out back (the backlot) for ten days straight to record drums for my album! The recording has a quality to it that I will never forget snd is imprinted on the record forever. Not to mention, each room they offer comes with sound reinforcement & amplification, & you can rent them by the hour. I’ve rented from Al since his days over at what is now called the OMC- he is truly part of the musical tapestry of Oakland. Music in this city is what it is because of the kindness, dedication, and work Al and his crew have put in. I hope to rent from him again soon, and I hope this place never goes away. “They have 9 classic flavors for you to enjoy! My recommendation would be the chocolate chocolate chips (I think it’s also their signature too) Omg, it’s so good. So moist! Cream cheese frosting was so buttery. And I love that they also do seasonal featured flavors, I’ve tried the strawberry and pumpkin ones, both were decent too. Bonus points: They also have bite-sized mini cupcakes, $22 for a dozen. It’s great for parties, events and birthdays. Too cute! Overall, hands down to the best Bundt cakes in the area. I recommend this place. Enjoy! Pro tips: It will be safe at room temperature for 1-2 days. Don’t put in the fridge, it’ll harden.”

“Good apartment complex, secure and clean, most units have been remodeled. Most of the time it was quite and easy going, grocery stores, markets, gas stations close by as well as schools. the freeway is just blocks away. Right next to the San Mateo bridge and easy access to multiple ways into San Francisco and Oakland. Rent is decent for the area and 24 hour security is on duty, parking is strictly enforced so make Shure you or your guest have a parking permit.”
