East Bay Alliance Church

Address: 3755 13th Ave, Oakland, CA 94610, USA

Church

“I grew up in this church and will forever be impacted by the sincere faith and endless dedication of the church families here. Their outpouring of service and love in my life have created a solid foundation and multiplied in the years since I have left. I continue to be inspired by their example of selfless and wholehearted love and service. You would be hard pressed to find more loyal, dedicated, God-centered people. Now that I am grown with kids of my own, I have a special appreciation for the children's program and the people who pour themselves into reaching the community around this church. The whole church is behind the effort of loving on the kids and families in this community, and I have never seen a congregation give so much of themselves to care for little ones. They sacrifice an unbelievable amount of their time (including vacation days!), energy, personal resources, money, brainpower, and talent to serve the little ones. I am proud to call East Bay Alliance my home church!”

Church of Perfect Liberty

Address: 3850 Park Blvd, Oakland, CA 94602, USA

Church

“I got involved with a member which I ended up marrying. I said a lot of negative things about this church and its doctrine. I recant ANY and ALL negative remarks I said about these people. This church is a very loving body of people dedicated to GOD. If you have the opportunity to visit this place stop in and fellowship with them.”

St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church

Address: 1219 Excelsior Ave, Oakland, CA 94610, USA

Church

“St. Margaret Mary was one of the first churches to open during SIP so I felt curious. Today in compliance with mandates Mass was held outdoors and tents were provided due to expected rain. It was quite nice to be in the fresh air kneeling on soft green grass with rain falling in gentle accompany to the Word like one song. Then at the start of the consecration rain started coming down in sheets enhanced by booming thunder and flashes of lighting. The sound under the tent was deafening and didn't let up until the last parishioner had kneeled in the pouring rain to receive. The Mass ended quietly and we floated away slowly like little boats cut adrift. Even on an ordinary day though, something extraordinary seems to be happening at St. Margaret Mary. Catholic or not, come see for yourself.”
