“I met George when I used to be at Chabot College, I was concerned about my shoulder and neck since I hurt them in martial arts. I was reluctant because they were interns but that's the way people start when they need to gain experience. So happy I went because George adjusted many parts of my body and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He did some awesome trick that made my shoulder pain go away instantly. He adjusted my back to. George finally graduated and I wish him luck with his career because I know he will be a great chiropractor. I'm with Guillaume now and he was nice enough to come to the clinic on his day off when I was having severe knee pain. Him and his doctors got me a note as well as customized shoes for my feet since I was having foot pain. It's best to come here because students get discounts and it's better than paying $65 every month to see another chiropractor.”

“What a great experience. I live in Charlotte, NC and have a rental in Santa Clara. One of the problems of owning so far away is that contractors can price gouge. I needed to replace our hot water heater and called the large franchise businesses. I was shocked that they were charging upwards of $5000 to replace my heater. I came across Leo with Garzac through some networks and he promptly went to my house to assess the situation. He gave me a quote that was about half of what the other company charged. Moreover I felt that Leo would take good care of me. He installed the hot water heater without my needing to be there. One of the other things the other company told me was that the shut-off valves to our toilets were not working. They wanted $800 to replace three valves. I asked Leo to look at them. He told me that my valves were in good condition and did not need replacing. Thank you Leo!”

“Best experience to say the least. The staff that I had the pleasure of meeting...aka Charisse and John, are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They treat you like family, but they’re also just as professional and very good at what they do. It’s stressful enough having a serious medical condition and nerve wracking not knowing what the MRI results will be. But their kindness was just what I needed to feel comfortable and well taken care of. So thank you Charisse and John. I walked out of East Bay Upright MRI with a smile on my face. You’ll never have an issue trying to reach them on the phone, nor have an issue scheduling an appointment. When you walk in, they treat you with so much kindness and respect. Everything there was very clean and tidy. They also wore their masks, which made me feel comfortable during this pandemic. The MRI machine was very comfortable, and perfect for anyone with claustrophobia. There’s a TV screen in front of you in case you want to watch TV during your MRI. John gave me the images on a CD the same day as my MRI appointment, and I received the report only a couple days later. I’ve gotten many MRI scans laying down, which has never showed the severity of my condition. The upright MRI was just what was needed to properly diagnose, and give a clear picture for my doctor. Now that I have gotten my imaging done at East Bay Upright MRI, I’m able to get the proper medical care from my doctor and soon get back to normal life. On another note... from personal experience, If anyone ever has an issue with your insurance approving the MRI, or giving the letter of agreement, I’ll let you know East Bay Upright MRI does everything perfectly on their end, so it’s best to contact your insurance company if there’s any issues or delays. East Bay Upright MRI keeps up their end and calls you when they have all the info they need to schedule an appointment. Anyways, I had a great experience here and if I ever need another MRI, I know where to go. Thanks again.”
