I observed the Dynamic Security team installing security cameras, video recorder and card key access in a Walnut Creek engineering firm office. They were competent, neat and professional. I am in IT consultant who also does security cameras on occasion, as well as AV video conferencing systems. I know quality when I see it, and Dynamic Security has it.
DST installs modern security systems with great customer service. Highly recommend for corporate security. The installed an access point system in our office.
I worked with John and his team to install magnetic door locks with key cards at my school. They provided information and support every step of the way and were responsive with requests for additional key cards. I was quite happy with the installation. Approximately a year later, I had trouble with the software. John sent out a technician. He worked for several hours to resolve the problem. when he was done, the software was working better than before. In particular, it was working on Chromebooks, which was my day to day computer.
John and his team excelled at customer servicer, commitment and dedication to solving the problem.
