“Beautiful RV park with large spaces and filled with newer RVs. The heated pool is very well-kept and even has a lovely waterfall. Nice in-ground hot tub, too. Superstition Mountain was clearly visible from our RV. We will definitely be coming back.”

“One of the few family friendly parks. You won't find a pool or spa but you will find a community of people who are almost all full time residents. There is a mix of single occupancy studio apartments, manufactured/mobile homes and RVs. Rates were incredibly reasonable for the area and it's all bills included. Although rigs above 35 ft right now won't fit, the owner is currently working to open a few more spots that may be larger. Driving past all the walled up tight RV parks pulling in here was a breath of fresh air. Literally anything you need with in 5 miles but just out of the Hussle and bustle. The highway is conveniently close but close enough to cause a noise problem. With today's housing prices it's easy to say I lucked into a million dollar view when we were selected for one of the open spots. Our family is so happy to be here. The community inside and out of the park has been incredibly welcoming with new playgrounds, and amazing library and other family resources. You might find yourself on a waiting list but this little park is definitely one worth considering home!”

“Hands down, one of the cleanest, prettiest campgrounds I've stayed in. Nice camp store with a small variety of cute souvenirs, refreshing pool and hot tub (yes, even in 98° heat), several outdoor kitchens with sinks, clean and level gravel sites for RVs and tents, clean dog run with rakes, shovels and a hose, gorgeous scenic views, game room...the list goes on. Camp hosts were lovely and wrapped up our purchase for shipping. Guests were quiet and friendly. My only regret is not staying longer.”

“We stayed here a few years ago for a couple months and loved the quiet. Felt safe. Day& night. We just helped a family member move their RV to Buddy's and see they have made some improvement to the road throughout the park & installed a small dog run. If you're looking for a resort with amenities (& high price tag) this isn't your place. But if you want a safe, quiet, friendly, budget spot then look here! Chase the manager has gone ABOVE & beyond with his assistance and we really appreciate him.”

Helpful #1- showed me how to get my key to work, when I was struggling with it. #2- showed me where my guest could park for a few hours, in the small parking lot. “I live here and have for about 20 years. I'm afraid our manager is losing control. We have the next generation moving in. Our auto speeds have increased and the yards are out of control with weeds. We have good managers and have been for a number of years. Raindance is a very good park to live in.”

“My wife, son, and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting relatives who were snowbirding in the 55+ park nextdoor. The sites are quite spacious and the grounds and facilities are clean and well kept. They have a large fenced off leash dog area, heated pool, hot tub, a nice clubhouse with board games, pool table, ping pong and small workout room. The only thing I would say this place is missing would be a playground. I work remotely using cellular data, the Verizon service was not enough for me to work from but the T-Mobile service was great, I was able to work with no issues including video conferences. My family and I will absolutely stay here again in future while visiting.”
