I'm afraid our manager is losing control. We have the next generation moving in. Our auto speeds have increased and the yards are out of control with weeds.
We have good managers and have been for a number of years. Raindance is a very good park to live in.

The homes there are taken care of, polite neighbors, and the managers don't allow run down units or slobs who refuse to keep up their property.
They have a pool, hot tub, and good senior activities. There are no disreputable people that live in this park.
I have 2 family members that live there and they enjoy it.
(October 13, 2019, 12:55 am)Just here visiting. Everyone's been so nice and it's been really nice to enjoy the tranquility. Pool and hot tub area is beautiful and was recently resurfaced.
(January 27, 2018, 9:15 pm)Looked nice.... But a little snooty for casual type folks. We were just guests visiting friends and they kept getting the stink-eye because of their labrador sitting on their feet.
