He answered many questions regarding the type of roofing systems he proposed (both shingle and flat-roof, as I have a dual-system roof). His estimate was reasonable, AND he gives a FIVE year warranty! When there was a glitch in the shingles I ordered, he promptly offered a solution that was very accommodating - I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with his solution. His crew arrived promptly, were polite and professional, and offered minimal disruption. This was a two-day job; they completely cleaned up after themselves after the first day, even though they were returning the next day to complete the job. And then they cleaned up again the second day. My new roof looks awesome! “After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned. Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community. Jesus arrived for the estimate on time, a good start. He asked a few questions and then spent about an hour up on the roof completely investigating the previous repairs and current leaks. Within a few days, an estimate was sent, and we discussed my options. Being the house was older, the underlayment had cracked under the Arizona weather. He checked the tiles and said that a Lift and Lay process would stop all the leaks. This is where they remove the tiles, replace the waterproof material underneath, reseal everything and then replace the tiles. Being retired on a fixed income, we had to wait a few months before having the work done. When we finally saved enough money, the cost of materials had skyrocketed over the summer. I called Jesus and he talked to Sergio (the owner) and they discounted the material to almost the previous estimate. Amazing. The schedule was set, and the crew arrived on time, ready to work. It was the monsoon season, and they were very careful not to leave any part of the roof exposed. The foreman on the crew was Sergio senior who has a vast knowledge of construction. They crew finished the whole roof in 4 days. Sergio drove all the way down from Tucson to make sure I understood what work was done and checked I had no issues. He is very busy but took the time to follow up. The test came the following weekend where we got over an inch of rain in a matter of hours. No leaks. The worksite was left cleaner than when they started, I am so impressed with their workmanship, I have asked them to build a RV patio for my motorhome. I don’t normally write any reviews, but I feel that anyone who is looking for a reputable company should consider America’s Best. “So they are busy. It takes time to get your estimate then once you let them know you accept you get put in the que. These guys are busy for a reason—THEY'RE GOOD!! They give a good price and do a great job. Read the reviews— if not getting back ASAP is the only issue; I will gladly wait my turn. Trinity is honest and professional— so glad we were referred to them. We called back because a small part of our roof is flat top and was not part of the tile replacement. Jimmy came out, gave us a really fair price to repair (there was a leak) and reseal. Again, this guy is busy for a reason--he's great at what he does. I highly recommend Trinity Roofing.”
