America's Best Roofing Company

Our shingles blew off with an awful windstorm in February. My cousin recommended America's Best Roofing Company and so I called them out to look at mine. They said we had wind damage and gave the insurance all the necessary proof and got my roof approved, my insurance gave some kickback but America's Best (Sergio) really pushed to get the full roof approved and now we have a new roof!
Highly recommend, have them look at the roof first and they will recommend on filing an insurance claim or not, then they will really take it from there! We definitely have lots of peace of mind with monsoon coming now!

Jesus was very personable and communicative. The new roof looks wonderful! When I contacted the company with a concern, Anthony immediately remedied the situation. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Anthony, the retail estimator, initially came out and inspected the flat roof portion for leaks we were having. He took pictures with a drone and was very polite and listened to our hopes of the expected outcome. He gave us a couple of estimates after we agreed on our needs. Dominic, their insurance team member, came out with Anthony on a follow up meeting due to concerns about the rest of the roof.

Dominic was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. He kept us informed on all the details of getting a new roof & all that it entails when dealing with the insurance company. He thoroughly explained the process for both the retail and the insurance end, and addressed all of our concerns. We were impressed with him, his care of his clients and knowledge of roofing.

Their Work Crew arrived early and put down tarps so debris wouldn't fall on ground and cleaned up each day. Worked very hard on some very hot days & were always respectful & polite.They did a great job on the roof.

Everyone from the office staff to the installers were great to do business with. The roof looks great!

What can I say about America's Best Roofing and Exteriors! This company is very professional and know-how to conduct business, I made 1 call and was able to set up an appointment immediately. I spoke with Jesus Armenta, and he came out to the property right away to look at my roof and give me an estimate on repairs or to replace the entire roof. He was professional, courteous/friendly with my family and pets, on time, knowledgeable, and most importantly kept his word on what I could expect. Jesus and his team set me up right away started and finished the project when they said they would, laid everything out for me, and upfront about costs; which to my surprise was amazing. I spent way less than I thought I would. His team never kept me in the dark and gave me plenty of updates throughout the entire process. This has got to be the best service I've ever received on a home project 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!

After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned.

Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community.

Jesus arrived for the estimate on time, a good start. He asked a few questions and then spent about an hour up on the roof completely investigating the previous repairs and current leaks.

Within a few days, an estimate was sent, and we discussed my options. Being the house was older, the underlayment had cracked under the Arizona weather. He checked the tiles and said that a Lift and Lay process would stop all the leaks. This is where they remove the tiles, replace the waterproof material underneath, reseal everything and then replace the tiles.

Being retired on a fixed income, we had to wait a few months before having the work done. When we finally saved enough money, the cost of materials had skyrocketed over the summer. I called Jesus and he talked to Sergio (the owner) and they discounted the material to almost the previous estimate. Amazing.

The schedule was set, and the crew arrived on time, ready to work. It was the monsoon season, and they were very careful not to leave any part of the roof exposed.

The foreman on the crew was Sergio senior who has a vast knowledge of construction. They crew finished the whole roof in 4 days.

Sergio drove all the way down from Tucson to make sure I understood what work was done and checked I had no issues. He is very busy but took the time to follow up.

The test came the following weekend where we got over an inch of rain in a matter of hours. No leaks.

The worksite was left cleaner than when they started, I am so impressed with their workmanship, I have asked them to build a RV patio for my motorhome.

I don’t normally write any reviews, but I feel that anyone who is looking for a reputable company should consider America’s Best. From the office staff to the owner and the crew, they are truly the best.
