“I just moved to Tucson within the last year and this has been the absolute most helpful store ever. I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. I went to Music and Arts (should've gone there 1st) and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. They have been in touch with me to inform of any updates, and are friendly and knowledgeable. Great store!”

I lost a filling and in pain. They took care of me in 30 minutes. The scheduler at Thornydale Dental was super friendly. Front desk staff made feel very comfortable. Dr. Penfil seems to be very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood the issue and explained all options. He was very warm and funny. He put me an easy.
