“If you find treasures just be prepared to wait a VERY long time to check out. This has been reported to management many times and they do not have a way to remedy the situation of shoppers from Mexico having 3 carts each and clogging up the line. The solution is to have a "hard goods only" line or 10 lbs or less express line, but that would require an extra employee that they cannot afford to pay because they have a year round labor shortage because the business model does not pay a living wage, which is understandable. I have lost count of how many times I have spent an hour "digging" only to look up and see the hour long line and realize it was done for nothing. So 5 stars in the sense you never know what treasure you may find, but be advised in advance Goodwill does not give a rats behind that you are waiting. They do not strive to provide excellent customer service. They do not care if you have a positive or negative experience. Their position is "re-sellers, we are your source of inventory please shop accordingly".... Yes thats a real goodwill sign posted at Goodwill retail. So pick what you want and be seen and not heard. Any staff that reads this is going to giggle inside because I just said what they feel.”
