“This past week I scheduled a delivery from Pioneer landscape center (Mann st. location). I received a 30 min courtesy call from flatbed truck driver Stacy. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to specify where I’d need the load dropped. However I did explained to Stacy where I’d like the pavers dropped. She professionally replied that she’d be happy to accommodate as long as she was able to do so safely. The customer signed for delivery, once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised the drop was exactly where I wanted which saved us an entire day labor if they’d simply been drop off in front.
