Pantano High School

very nice school, and the staff is just so friendly, professional & uplifting. I think I'm going to enroll there myself!!! lol definitely 5+ stars

I graduated from Pantano in 2009 but before I had switched over from Cienega I had no hope of graduating on time or probably graduating at all. After enrolling in Pantano and getting to know the staff, who were all a huge part of the reason I became involved more in class and made graduation a priority. I was able to go from being a junior with freshman credits to having all credit requirements completely caught up and on track. It's funny because when I went there it was seen as the school for the "bad kids" the kids who couldn't make it in "normal high school" but the more I got to know my classmates I began to realize we were all just the kids that were a bit more eccentric than the rest but at Pantano we were a family we all looked out for one another and helped each other succeed in class. I learned a lot about myself at that school and idk what kind of person I'd be had I not made the switch from "normal high school" but I know I have no regrets about my decision and I know Mrs. Wright is the absolute best person to have running that school she was the mother of our unique diverse family and she made sure everyone had all the help they needed inside and out of school... Pantano Scorpions ROCK!! C/O 09

The teachers care about the students. The students are ready to learn. The sports are excellent. The Band exceeds standards. There is a variety of classes to take. You can get dual credit for taking a High School/College class. I really enjoyed going there and I think many kids should take the opportunity to go to this school.
