“First mobile home community I've ever lived in. Was a bit nervous due to everything you hear about "trailer parks". Lived here for 2 years now. Very clean park, well maintained, quite and peaceful. Nice neighbors, great managers who are very responsive. Due to inflation, prices for housing is skyrocketing. I have a 2 bed/2 bath place that costs me less than a decent apartment. Lot rent + all utilities average me $700-$800 per month. I looked at cheaper parks and yeah they were a bit scary. This one has a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, free car wash, laundry room, vending machines including purified water filling. 3 mins from the freeway so quick easy access to most places. Very happy I ended up here.”

“One of the best most compassionate Dentists EVER. I had a deep fear of dentist because of prior experiences. I will never go to another dentist agian. Several times in my life Dr.Bedoya has went above and beyond to help my community and even my mother when he did free clinics for Native American Dentures. And today was no different. I have a 6 month plan to fix my failing teeth due to chemotherapy, my front teeth are the very last thing. Today ge did a build up on them to make them look better. FREE ON HIS LUNCH BREAK ! Because he could see I was suffering, not just physically but mentally. I lost my hair breast and teeth in one year. He could see how I feel ashamed. Even tho it's not my fault. In a world were everyone is is seen as a number or a profit. It is refreshing to see a doctor/dentist that genuinely cares and loves what he does. You can see in his smile when you smile his heart is happy for you. What a beautiful soul. I'm thankful the universe sent me to him. ❤ if you are scared go to Dr.Bedoya Today I smiled in public and kissed my husband for the first time in almost a year, thanks to The Drs good heart. You seat yourself and server comes over quick enough with water and menu If you have questions their helpful and don’t make you feel rushed Good was served quick enough and hot and fresh! It was the BEST cashew shrimp I’ve ever had And big big portions I’ve eaten a few times - liking all I’ll show several pics Restroom was clean and had soap and paper towels -which isn’t always the case these days I do recommend to try this place ! It always has more than a few tables seated - so it’s pretty popular - and the area is kinda sparse”

“This was a great laundromat! I stopped by on my way through Tucson to Ajo, and was really impressed. I do a lot of traveling and spend a lot of time in different laundromats all over the country, and this by far was one of the cleanest. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful, the machines were all in working order, and they have HUGE dryers that actually work like they're supposed to. Also, I'm in an RV and the parking lot was nice and big and easy for me to find a spot, and it's in a shopping plaza, so I was able to do a little grocery shopping, get a haircut and have lunch all while doing my laundry. I have this place written down and will definitely be back.”

“I’m from out of state and needed a second opinion on an estimate on some work another Tucson dentist gave to me for work on two teeth one has a crown the other a filling Well the first Tucson dentist told me I had a cavity under the cap plus the tooth with the filling had a cavity but because of it’s size needed to be crowned. I wasn’t getting good vibes there. Well I wasI referred to dr Rosales by a friend and I am so happy I went to see him, he wound up just refilling a tooth that had some decay and it cost me at total of $254.00. The first Tucson dentist quote me a dental plan of $ 3,200.00 . I’ve been down this road before and was not completely comfortable with the first dentist and I always follow my gut. I’m glad I found dr.Rosales!! He’s nice, and did a great job! Why can’t all dentists be like him? Thank you!!!”

“I really liked this manufactured home park, the amenities they had were great, the children's park can definitely use some TLC but they did make me aware that they are currently working on that, every home on this lot is very well kept as if they were to have an HOA even though that is not the case one thing that I believe to was very inconvenient was that they only allow 2 vehicles per manufactured home which seems a little tough. Although when pro is that every manufactured home includes a personal storage unit. So if you're considering on purchasing or renting I would definitely recommend to go in person to get some additional information. Viridiana was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the manufactured home park. And made the experience a much better one”
