“I have been living here for one year and have just signed a lease for the second year my experience here has been a positive one my apartment is spacious clean and convenient. I have a huge walk-in closet and lots of storage there are many kitchen cabinets that I don't even have enough stuff to fill them countertop space is abundant and all of my appliances work great I was surprised to find that I had a dishwasher as well. That also works excellent. The apartment also came with its own water heater so I never run out of hot water. The ground here at Cordova are very well kept the grass is beautiful the pool is beautiful and kept up very well. The groundskeepers are friendly helpful and never complain no matter how much litter they have to pick up. I have never had any problems putting in a work order for a repair the office quickly gets it off to maintenance and within a day or two the issue is resolved. The office staff here is extremely accommodating and more than pleasant to speak to. The staff will go out of their way to make sure any issue that you may have is resolved quickly and efficiently. All in all I've had a pleasant say here. I've made some new friends and I've taken advantage of and enjoyed all the amenities here. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Cordova village apartments to my family and Friends.”
