“We had an awesome experience with Sammy Saul. It was Memorial weekend and we purposely wanted to go walk around car lots on a day when it was closed to see what truck we wanted. We were very lucky to have seen Sammy working that Sunday and she listened to our needs and showed us a truck that had recently arrived that week. Her excellent customer service provided to us, was awesome. She didn't push us or rush us into making any decision right then and there. She was the most pleasant person to deal with. We went home that night and discussed the options we were provided. So, on Memorial Day we decided to go up and purchase our Chevrolet Silverado that my husband fell in love with. I had forgotten my mask at my office and so I asked if they had an extra one that I could have and they didn't hesitate to offer me a new one. Always a pleasure working with Ryan when getting my BMW serviced: phenomenal customer service and I appreciated him his assistance in getting me in and out quickly so I could get on with my day. The service team topped off my fluids, filled the air in my tires, did a quick inspection and vacuumed my car in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks guys!”
