“We recently purchased a used (2013) gas Motorcoach from Anthem RV, Sun City location. This is our 2nd purchase from Anthem, we were very happy with our first experience, so when we realized that the TT we first purchased didn’t really fit our needs and lifestyle, we went back to Anthem in search of the Class A and found just what we wanted. Again, an outstanding experience. Our salesman for both purchases was John Kaiser, Outstanding! Personable, knowledgable and most helpful. Martin Olson, Manager of the Sun City store, also personable and professional - the “deal” was not pushed on us, but was easily & mutually agreeable. There were several items to be maintained and repaired on the 7-year old coach- but we closed within 7 days at the N.Phoenix location with Phil Olson, the business owner. Phil is great to work with and went over all the details of the transaction AND he had placed us with an outstanding LOW interest rate - lower than we’d seen advertised (even lower than our credit union!) Needless to way we were happy! All items on the “fix it” list had been fulfilled by Service. Our kudos to Mark, service manager, and his staff. We are 20+ year veterans at RV’ing and know full well there are ALWAYS issues, some big, some small when it comes to RVs. But Anthem, from Sales, to business owner and finance, to Service have stood behind their word and stepped up to take care of the unexpected. We are very happy with our RV and our sales and service experiences with Anthem RV.
