“The Arizona Grand was absolutely beautiful. It's definitely a little bit dated, but we got such a steal on a summer deal that I can't even complain. My husband and I took two nights there on a staycation. When we first walked into the room, it felt so breezy and light that I almost didn't want to leave the room. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but the sheets and the pillows were wonderful, silky smooth. The sitting room was perfect to watch TV and the table in there was great for dinner. I rolled my eyes at the prices on the mini bar, but I imagine they are all like that. It's a resort after all. The Grand makes it really easy to check in and out and there are plenty of amenities provided for free. Our room included four passes for the Oasis Water Park next door to our suite. They allow you to use all the resorts amenities on the day you check in before you even get your room, and after you check out for the rest of the day. Can't ask for much more than that. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone. But especially to Arizonans for a staycation. They do deals in the summertime and you won't regret it.”

“I enjoyed the business owner's services! Needed someone to clean my backyard, I called and the owner was able to get to my place in 20 minutes. He cleaned up everything in 30 minutes and was done even though the backyard was...messy to say the least. 10/10 would contact again if I ever need extra help to maintain the backyard and clean up after my pet.”

“Great prices no crime. It's a shotty little park but it is a pretty good place to live no kids no dogs. Management asks residents to keep quiet after 8pm out of respect for the neighbors. The park has on-site washers and dryers open until 9pm. Overall 5 stars not for the look but for the comfort. Thanks A&F”

“My family of six has stayed at this resort each April for the past five years. During that time period, there have definitely been constant improvements, but I have to admit I have never encountered anything like the reviewer that found the accommodations so awful that they left the next morning?! Yes, the sleeper sofas are not that comfortable, there were a few stains on a few of the dining room chairs, but otherwise, everything is extremely comfortable, extremely clean, and the decor has been updated in each of the five units we have stayed in (two bedroom units and three bedroom units). I love the peacefulness of this resort, the 17,000 acres of hiking that is right outside any door of the property, and the comfortableness and well-equipped units. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend this resort. However, if you are looking for resort-directed activities, this is not the place for you. Lots to do around the resort, but the resort it QUIET. Yet we have a 5 year old and a 14 year old and they both really enjoy this resort.”

“This is the only hotel I will stay at in the North Mountain area. They are understanding they have been there for me countless times and you are not just another person coming to stay. With the owner and staff you become family and the more you show respect for the business because they are a business first. Then the more like family they become I personally have been staying with them almost 5 months and it's like home to me and my Mrs. Giving my felony background over a DUI has been hectic trying to find adequate housing has been a challenge so I can only imagine how others are doing in that area with worse things on their record. If you are interested in a small tight community with a frequency of new neighbors and things to see and experience I definitely recommend it because you are the change and home no matter how long is what you make it. So please come visit and help turn my home back into the glorious place it is don't listen to the ones who stay here but then say that it is bad because they are not allowed to do what they want and have become bitter. Take it from a nice guy like me that I have pride and I display it by keeping my home and everything around it clean and neat including my shoes and clothes. Everything is better when you take care of it. Not wreck it and then talk down about a place u used to run in the ground before I came and showed you that cleanliness and pride in your neighborhood says a lot about those who are living there. Character is developed over time we never stop learning how to do better than yesterday and my home and the Econo Lodge and it's staff have been doing exactly what I and everyone else who stops in and visits Respect for each other, pride in the property and the neighborhood. Im grateful for the Owner and His property Manager for everything they have done for me I consider them family and you should too.”

“My husband and I just spent our first winter as snowbirds at Paradise Valley Ranch, and we loved it! The office manager, Karen, and her husband were helpful: backing in our 5th-wheel, where to find items in the local area and especially fun to chit-chat with. The pool, hot tub, reck room and laundry room were clean and the mix of RV’s and beautifully maintained vintage single wide mobile homes really made for a wonderful stay. It was fun to take evening walks and to say hi to, and visit with, the neighbors.”

“While the area has a serious homeless/addict population, that's to no fault of the hotel or it's staff. My fiance and I have been here for a year and a half and the staff are amazing, caring and helpful. Contrary to a what we expected to see based on reviews we read before renting here, we have not had a problem with bugs. They do bbl# monthly pest control, and as long we reasonably clean up after ourselves we don't see more than maybe 1-2 roaches a month MAX (which given that it's a monthly hotel in a rough are of Phoenix, you're bound to see one now and then). Full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, comfy chair, desk and snacks at the front desk. This place has come to feel like home, and the monthly/weekly prices are great compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, especially considering the amenities included. Best place we've stayed! Thank you Extend-a-Suites staff! Love you guys!”

“I've been going to this Motel off & on for the past couple of years! What I can appreciate is you are able to stay for 21 days with out checking out if rooms are available! Also there is security and no guests after ten pm. I have also tried a few items from the menu, I recommend the club cheese burger it's so yummy! I love the waffle combo, and the bloody Mary with pickled vodka is a delicious hang over cure! The front desk is great with honoring price matching, house keeping does a great job cleaning the rooms, though usually spread a little thin , they have aways accommodated my needs. The building is older & so I have seen some creepy crawlers from time to time. The location is close to downtown phx ! There are a few options aside from the restaurant to eat in the surrounding area, the staff has treated me well thus far. I would recommend this motel even if your not a trucker”

“Literal heaven on earth. Was met with free food that came in the form of critters on the floor (such as cockroaches) that I snacked on when I got hungry during my 2 week stay. My wife and I are delighted with our honeymoon reservations at sand man motel. The last time I have been this excited must’ve been when my parents told me we were going to Disney land when I was 5. The walls were elegantly decorated with unrecognizable substances that really put character into the experience. Highly recommended!”
