(December 18, 2021, 1:14 am)Great prices no crime. It's a shotty little park but it is a pretty good place to live no kids no dogs. Management asks residents to keep quiet after 8pm out of respect for the neighbors. The park has on-site washers and dryers open until 9pm. Overall 5 stars not for the look but for the comfort. (May 7, 2021, 6:14 pm)I and My girlfriend Rented a spot for RV We found it very reasonably priced And the closest thing To owning your own property the management pretty much leaves you alone ...Which It's refreshing when you're renting.I would Recommend this property to anyone who wants to work and enjoy life instead of just work to pay billsWe are very happy
