They will take a lot of time to explain things to you and to help and guide you with the supplies you need. Then, they leave the final decision up to you. If you are wanting someone who can give you expert advice, this is the place for you. If you’re wanting to just walk in somewhere... buy something quick and leave and you don’t care about customer service....then you want to go somewhere else. They do not come more knowledgeable about pools and troubleshooting pool problems than Ralph!!! I drive a distance to go to this store!!! It is worth it!!!”
