They have an excessive amount of products laying around that don't help with clutter. Still always find a lot of good stuff whenever I go. Pretty reasonable with trade in value. We happened to find a pre-owned model that was just right for us. Nothing like hitting bingo on your last attempt of the day (at the last possible minute)! Delivery was conveniently timed and accomplished with excellent installation. We bought their standard mattress and added a 2" latex topper with a nice poofy mattress cover. It sleeps great, and folds up perfectly, mattress topper and all!”

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service treatment I recieved from Steve Poje, Store Manager. I am from NH and miscalculated the time difference at the time of my call. He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail. We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them.
