It is owned by a gentleman named James who runs is incredibly well, is super responsive and knows the company and it’s systems thoroughly. We rented a one way rental online for several months with pickup at his location. He was super pleasant, totally switched on, gave us our brand new car in a few minutes and explained how multi month rentals work at Budget. I just had a small problem with Budget since their system didn’t auto renew our contract at the end of the month as it was supposed to. I decided to call James and he fixed it in a minute. What a great guy, what a great business to deal with. Next time I’m renting in Phoenix I’m making sure to pick up car here. I’d give 10 stars if I could”

“Lenny,the general manager is the most understanding an compassionate person that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me get my mother to dialysis. He literally saved her life. I was out of options and needed to get her there the next day. Lenny made sure to have a van ready for me in less than a day. He went above and beyond what any car dealership has ever done. He personally showed me how the van operated and worked with me on keeping the vehicle longer than expected. He genuinely cared for mom's well being. Lenny expressed why he loves what he does. Simply, helping people make their lives better.I truly believe in The Ability Center . They will always hold a place in mine and mom's heart. “I liked this place because it was fast and easy to use. The man in the front was incredibly kind and quick with the process. When you drop off, you just need to make sure the vehicle has a full tank and bring the key to the front. Hassle free. It was incredibly expensive for the timing I needed a rental, but the front desk man explained why that was so, which was insightful. The vehicle was clean, nice, and new!”

“First time renting a car here and I have to say the building inside was uninviting. However, the service I received was top notch. We had an issue with our rental confirmation and the staff, a young man and young woman both helped us. Additionally, they went above and beyond when they found out I was there for my grandfather’s funeral they gave us a better rental at the same price and I found that to be very thoughtful. The check in process was easy along with check in. I would suggest maybe making the office area a little more inviting but I was overall happy with my experience and I will rent here again.”
