Everybody else I called wanted me to wait a week before theyd schedule me to put on tires! These guys did a full tire change on a bagger within an hour. “Well I don't like to complain, Ifeel I'm being forced to use self checkout due to only 2 cashier's maning the checkout lanes with customers 5 deep waiting to checkout, and once getting home to find out you are missing items that didn't get bagged. I love Kroger's they are convenient and close to my house I recently had a incident with a manager and the CEO of Kroger's made contact with me 2 days later letting me know the matter would be addressed so kudos on that”

He worked some really long hours to keep his commitment and charged me the original quote despite some challenges that required additional time. Then the following week I had some challenges when my computer was hacked, and Derek helped me in navigating next steps, followed by Mike and Patty helping me make some additional upgrades to ensure it didn't happen again and finalizing some details that were a bit of an anomaly in synching my phone and laptop.
