I believe it was Alex (I think he said he is the district manager) and he spent over an hour helping me find the perfect fit and support for what I needed. He was patient and very knowledgeable. “I had two packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox last week. I reported it to the USPS website thinking nothing would really come of it, but they were important packages so I had to try something. Well, today the very next morning, I get a knock on my door, and it is the actual manager of the post office Rachel, with my packages in hand! She took the time to come out and investigate, found my packages (luckily the other person had left my packages in their mailbox) and hand delivered them to me at my house!!! She also took the time to explain they had a change in the mailbox markings and the day these were delivered it was another driver who normally doesn't deliver my route. So I can totally see how the incorrect delivery could happen, and it helped ease my mind to what was going on. She even took the time to let me know she relabeled our mailboxes so they are more clearly marked. Rachel is AMAZING!!!!! She really went so above and beyond to get me my packages, and I am so thankful for her stellar customer service!!”
