“While many come here for simply water for their massive jugs or the occasional browser. I myself often find myself coming for the Ice-cream. Though Bahama Bucks, Walgreens, and Fry's are all nearby, I prefer Water and Ice. I enjoy the variety of flavors and the general price overall compared to the overpriced Bahama Bucks (Yes, I said it). While it may not be worth a full conversion as your new favorite ice cream shop due to the lack of toppings, its still a worthwhile trip in the long run to try something new.”

“All I can say is incredible! This past Saturday 10/24, I had my first experience at a barber shop and I was blown away. This was easily the best haircut I have ever received and I will certainly be back again. Ian M. took excellent care of me from start to finish. He is a true artist in every sense of the word. What sold me was not the excellent haircut but the customer focused mindset that Ian displayed. He is knowledgable, friendly and creates an experience instead of another haircut. I cannot thank him enough for the stellar job and will back to see him moving forward! “I can't say anything negative about my experience today, I was able to easily make an appointment online and the staff at Banner were wonderful. Since I made an appointment online there was very little of a wait for me to get in despite that they were short staffed today. The check in process was very easy and the lady working at the desk was so kind to my very sick self. I then met David who was an incredibly nice and talkative individual that took my vitals. He made me feel welcome, kept me at ease and had me laughing. Nurse practitioner Ford-Petersen was so thorough and made me feel like she truly cares, despite her busy day she made sure to have nice conversation. Definitely thankful to have a such a great team look after me today.”

“These fire fighters came to our block party to put on a display for the kiddos. My 2 1/2 year old wasthe only one you wanted to see what was in every single door and they showed him inside each one. He was nuts about "woo-woo trucks and anything fire fighting after that. We ran into them at the grocery store later and bought them snacks and they let him come out to the fire truck again and got him a fire fighter's hat. They were just so great. It feels good to meet the people in our neighborhood who are putting their lives at risk to fight for us all in an emergency.”

“My car wouldn’t start because of my battery, I was stranded for about 5 hours With my jump cables, but couldn’t get any one to give me a jump. I had to wait overnight at a place of business. I called the AutoZone at 734 W Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 and Armando answered my call. I was distraught and anxious about the situation and he was very polite, courteous, and patiently listened to me relate my situation and circumstances. He then asked me my info and expeditiously located my replacement warranty information. He assured me that I was covered for a replacement battery. I then informed him that I had no tools to remove my battery and no way to bring it in.... as a conscience professional Armando quickly put me at ease, he said “Don’t Worry... Were here to Help you” I felt relieved. He told me he would have someone bring the battery to me Annnd remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. He said he’ll call me when someone is on the way. About a half hour later, Armando called me to inform me that Luis was outside the establishment waiting for me. I thanked him and as I was hanging up Luis was calling me. I went out to meet him at my vehicle, he was very reassuring and very polite and courteous as well. He expeditiously made the battery exchange and was very professional in his manner to me. He explained to me that my account would reflect the exchange. He also said he wouldn’t leave me until my vehicle was started and, be absolutely sure that I wouldn’t remain stranded. I know this is a long review, but I felt it is only right to Speak Up and On somethings, when customer service people extend themselves to help you. We COMPLAIN LOUDLY when we feel that the service was bad and the people were too! Therefore, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the two men who were the Consummate Customer Professionals in this scenario. Thank you to the both of you, and by the length of this review.... know that I mean it genuinely. Keep up the Great Customer Service! I’m am glad that these two took care of me, Sincerely.”
