Well, no appointment on my part. So there was a wait, but I did not mind because work done on car was tip top by Nissan standards and has been good to me. Money is money and you pay for what u get.

First time getting my car serviced, only chose this place because it was the closest Nissan service center. Sarena was my randomly given advisor, I will request her every time! I dropped my car off as soon as they opened for my 8:15am appt. I had one issue and needed general mileage maintenance. She called me at 818am to talk about the issue, she then called me about an hour later to let me know that issue was covered under warranty and would be fixed. I was so worried about the price of everything, but they text me everything that was needed and I had to approve it so I was aware of the price before any work was done. Sarena was done before I went to pick my car back up, she called to explain how my bill looked and made sure I didn’t have any questions before she left. I will definitely bring my car back and will ask for Sarena by name next time! Great experience, especially for someone who was so nervous about it all!

Need a car or truck this is the place. Staff are very professional and quick to deliver their services. Armando is the man and Anyela the service write are top notch. I recommend them eyes close.
