“Tldr: Best Italian food ever (no exaggeration) Believe me when I say, this is the first review I've so looked forward to writing. Hands down, this is the best Italian food I've had. Ever. If I could sum this review up in one phrase it's an Italian grandmother humbly asking you: "Please try my homemade dishes made just for you." From the beginning, the food was stunning, like an art gallery for the tongue. I had the shrimp scampi which was savory. The waitress recommended it with garlic bread which was the best move. I ate as much as i could, expecting a moderately sized entree. Boy, was I in for a surprise! The fettuccine alla fiori I ordered was divine. The Alfredo sauce was thin and seasoned; the pasta was long, homemade, and well cooked. The shrimp and scallops were the perfect addition to the dish. The cook was an amazing artisan! Not to mention the incredible atmosphere and wait staff. A glass of wine and that setup is Italian as can be. I only wish I had room for dessert, and I have no idea how this is not a 5 star restaurant. Any time I visit Anchorage in the future, I'll be eating here.”
